We are constantly influenced by our surroundings. Whether we are aware of it or not, life and nature are perpetually intertwined and disentangled, expanding and contracting. Questioning how this relates to experiences in life has led my work to become sculptural and dynamic. In the process of manipulating prints there are aspects I cannot control, similarly to how natural destruction occurs. Life and nature are constantly oscillating between stability and chaos. I have drawn from life experiences to construct intricate and fragile prints that are held together solely by tension, bending, and weaving.
